The Baa-Baas, coached by New Zealand's World Cup-winning coach Graham Henry, trailed 18-3 at half-time. Australia raced clear after the break, though the Baa-Baas' rugby league star Sam Tomkins scored a late consolation.

Jimma won on his Napoli 2-1 prediction and came close in the game at the San Siro but Barcelona came out 3-2 winners.

WALES to beat Samoa with a minus 6.5 handicap

Georgia to beat Scotland with a +12.5 handicap

Elsewhere, Razor and Perkis are both having a tenner on the third & final test between Sri Lanka and Australia at Colombo:

Razor - Australia win at 5/1

Perkis - Draw at 2/1

Results: Fulham and Twente did indeed draw at Craven Cottage, but unfortunately Spurs could only draw at PAOK Salonika, while in the Champions League, Benfica and Man Utd did draw at the (original and better!) Stadium Of Light, but Man City were held 1-1 at home by Napoli.

Meanwhile at the rugby union World Cup, Georgia did beat Scotland with a plus 12.5point handicap, but Namibia were smashed by 37 points by the Samoans.

In Colombo, a century from Michael Clarke helped Australia draw the third Test with Sri Lanka and seal a 1-0 series win. Captain Clarke hit 112 as Australia reached 488, despite a career-best 7-157 from left-arm spinner Rangana Herath. Opener Philip Hughes made 126, while Mike Hussey struck 93. Sri Lanka batted out two overs before the captains shook hands as Clarke took his first series win since replacing Ricky Ponting.

9th September 2011:

WALES to beat south africa with a +12.5 handicap

& a tenner on SONNY BOY WILLIAMS at  7.5/1 being the first try scorer in today's opening fixture, the All Blacks v Tonga

Results: Basically Jimma is devastated, with only the All Blacks letting him down, to winning one & a half grand, as New Zealand beat Tonga by 31 points....the rest all came in! The only saving grace was that it was the opening game, so at least he knew he was fucked before it really got started!

25th August 2011:

Jimma, Razor and Perkis are all having a £20 nap on the rugby union this weekend, on the Tri Nations Australia v New Zealand game, and the Ireland v England international:

Jimma: Australia at 2.5/1 & Ireland at 1.4/1

Razor: New Zealand at 1.57/1 & England at 2.47/1

Perkis: New Zealand at 1.57/1 & Ireland at 1.4/1

Results: Australia put on an inspirational display in Brisbane to beat New Zealand 25-20 and secure their first Tri-Nations title since 2001 and only third ever.

England gave themselves a confidence boost a fortnight before the World Cup as they condemned Ireland to a fourth straight warm-up defeat, beating them 20-9. An early Manu Tuilagi try and two Jonny Wilkinson penalties saw England lead 13-9 at half-time, Ronan O'Gara landing three kicks in reply. With Chris Ashton in the sin-bin, England stretched their lead with a Delon Armitage try. That proved the final score as heavy rain made conditions tricky.

13th August 2011:

HAWTHORN to beat with port adelaide with -76.5points handicap in the AFL

Overall Profit: Jimma £200

14th July 2011:

23rd June 2011:

Jimma is having fifty quid on Felix Sturm defeating Matthew Macklin by a points decision in their WBA Middleweight title fight in Cologne at 2/1.

Result: Jimma won himself a ton, as Germany's Felix Sturm edged a tough contest against Birmingham-based Irishman Matthew Macklin in their WBA middleweight title fight in Cologne. Sturm won a split decision after a superb fight with two judges favouring Sturm by 116-112 and the other seeing it 115-113 for Macklin. Sturm's sharper work in the second half of the contest swung the fight his way. Macklin made a blazing start which gave him genuine hope of an upset before fading late on.

FSV MAINZ v st pauli 1.38

BARCELONA v deportivo la coruna 1.50

VALENICA v levante 1.55

BENFICA v unaio del leiria 1.29

Results: Man City won the FA Cup Final, so that was Razor pocketing nearly a ton, while Jimma obviously lost his cup final bet, and neither of his accumulators came in either, as Monaco and Barcelona were held to home draws, as well as other fuk-ups!

Athletic Bilbao (1.6) v Levante

Valencia (1.5) v Real Sociedad

Atletico Madrid (1.65) v Malaga

Barcelona (1.18) v Espanyol

Galatasaray (1.55) v Kasimpasa

Results: The first accumulator was shafted with Stevenage drawing 3-3 at home with Bury, the second one went completely awry with Juventus and FC Porto both drawing at home and Brescia losing 2-1 at home to Catania and subsequently being relegated from Serie A, and the third accumulator just missed out when Atletico Madrid got beat 3-0 at home by Malaga.

5th April 2011

Razor £50 at 9/1

INTER MILAN v schalke 04

£5 on this Championship away win double at 13/1:

hull city v MILLWALL

reading v PORTSMOUTH

and £4 on this SPL double on both the Old Firm losing at 90/1:

rangers v DUNDEE UTD

Results: Yeovil losing 1-0 at home to Bristol Rovers buggered up Jimma's accumulator, and then Pompey's 2-0 defeat at Reading ballsed-up his Championship away double. However he won his SPL Old-Firm double by a technicality, when the Inverness v Celtic game was postponed due to bad weather and then Rangers lost 3-2 at home to Dundee Utd.

25th March 2011

18th March 2011

Razor is having a dabble at the Cheltenham Festival on Friday. You would be proud.... he's taken the day off to spend it in Corals. He went to Cheltenham last year and won the sum total of bugger all, so he's got to bag some winners this year surely!

Results: Jimma just got the 'Jock Frog' accumulator right, winning him £25, which meant him breaking even. The biggest gutter for Jimma was his 'Going Dutch' accumulator, where he just missed out by one result, when NEC Nijmegen equalised in injury-time at home to PSV Eindhoven.

20th January 2011

Jimma is having a nap on the 12.50pm at Gosford in Queensland, Australia; £5 on 'Pompey' each-way at 16/1.

He's also having a wee nip with a couple of quid on Aberdeen winning at Celtic at the weekend at 11/1.

15th December 2010

Razor is having a £20 nap on this 23/1 Europa League accumlator:

club bruges v VILLARREAL

LIVERPOOL v fc utrecht

JUVENTUS v manchester city

FC PORTO v cska sofia

bayer leverkusen v ATLETICO MADRID

He's also having some serious money on Wednesday night's boxing at Belfast's King's Hall, on the British Featherweight Title fight between Martin Lindsay & John Simpson and the British Flyweight Title fight between Shinny Bayaar & Paul Edwards; £100 on Lindsay and £100 on Bayaar.

Jimma is having £50 on the Paul Malignaggi v Michael Lozada going the distance and 1.6/1

Results: Razor fell short in his Europa League accumulator, only getting the wins for Villarreal and FC Porto right.

John Simpson produced the performance of his life to rip the British featherweight title from Martin Lindsay on the Ulsterman's home turf. Lindsaycame into the second defence of his British title as a hot favourite against the Scotsman, who had lost seven of his 28 contests coming into the fight. Lindsay was 17-0 but he came out second best in a gruelling war against the challenger, losing 116-113 on all three judges' scorecards. Even a fiercely partisan Belfast crowd could not argue with that verdict.

On the undercard in Belfast, Paul Edwards won the British flyweight title from holder Shinny Bayaar after an accidental clash of heads in the first round. That resulted in a nasty cut to defending champion Bayaar and it was no surprise to see the fight halted on doctor's advice soon afterwards. Under current British Boxing Board of Control rules, the stoppage sees the belt change hands with Edwards handed the win. However, had the fight taken place just three weeks later - a BBBC rule change comes into force on January 1 - the bout would have been scored a no-contest.

Paulie Malignaggi scored a 6th Round Stoppage over Michael Lozada on the Jean Pascal v Bernard Hopkins undercard in Quebec.

Overall Profit: Razor £280

Overall Profit: Jimma £7

10th December 2010

Razor is having a nap on these boxing bouts from the Echo Arena in Liverpool:

£100 on MATTHEW MACKLIN to beat Ruben Varon by a ko/tko or disqualification at 1.25/1

£100 on TONY BELLEW to beat Ovill McKenzie at 1.22/1

Result:  The 28-year-old Birmingham fighter Matthew Macklin, was matched from the first bell and never looked comfortable against his opponent from Madrid. Macklin ended the fight with blood gushing from both eyes with Varon also ending the stronger. But despite this, Macklin took a unanimous decision with the judges scoring the fight 116-111, 116-113 and 117-111.

And the last fight of the night saw Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion Tony Bellew twice climb off the canvas to stop Ovill McKenzie in the eighth round.

Overall Profit: Razor £500

Overall Profit: Jimma £57

Jimma missed out too, with Gold Coast Utd beating Melbourne Heart 3-0, and West Brom beating Newcastle Utd 3-1 at the Hawthorns.

24th November 2010

Razor is having £20 on this 9/1 Uefa Champions League accumulator:

tel aviv v BENFICA

INTER MILAN v fc twente

SPURS v werder bremen

VALENCIA v bursaspor

Result: Razor was just letdown by Tel Aviv's 3-0 home win over Benfica.

19th November 2010

Jimma is having £20 on Bolton Wanderers v Newcastle Utd ending in a 2-2 draw at 6.5/1 & another £20 on Sunderland to beat Everton 2-1 at 9/1.

Result: Bolton hammered Newcastle 5-1 at the Reebok, and then a late equaliser from Mikel Arteta for Everton at the Stadium Of Light, gave them a 2-2 draw at Sunderland and basically f*cked Jimma up the arse!

17th November 2010

Razor and Jimma are having naps on the midweek football fixture list:

Razor - £20 on this accumulator at 10/1:

portugal v SPAIN

Jimma - £50 on this accumulator at 7/1

EGYPT v australia

CROATIA v malta

SLOVAKIA v bosnia

ESTONIA v leichenstein

LUTON TOWN v corby town

Result: Razor got just the one result right, in Columbia's victory over Peru, while Jimma came unstuck with Estonia's shock 1-1 home draw with the ever improving Leichenstein, and Slovakia's 3-2 home defeat to Bosnia.

Overall Profit: Jimma £277

Overall Profit: Razor £590

Overall Profit: The Duke £94

12th November 2010

Jimma is having a score on this correct score win:

Result: Although the final result looks close to Jimma's bet, it was a very late equaliser for Man Utd with gave them a share of the spoils in a 2-2 draw at Villa Park.

9th November 2010

Razor and Jimma are having a nap on the midweek football fixture list:

Razor is having £20 on this accumulator at 20/1:

ASTON VILLA v blackpool

CHELSEA v fulham

LEICESTER CITY v sheffield utd

SWANSEA CITY v bristol city

While Jimma is having £20 on this accumulator at 20/1:

DUNDEE UTD v st mirren

CHELSEA v fulham

RANGERS v hibs

SWANSEA CITY v bristol city

..............and also a couple of quid on the Spurs v Sunderland Tuesday night game, ending in a 2-2 draw at 8/1.

Results: In the accumulators, Jimma was shafted by the Edinburgh teams' demolition of the Old Firm, while Razor only missed out by Bristol City's 1-0 win at high-flying Swansea.

The game at White Hart Lane ended in a 1-1 draw, but if course that wins Jimma diddly-squat.

5th November 2010

Razor and Jimma are having another flutter on the rugby league Four Nations Down Under:

Razor: Australia to beat New Zealand - £50 at 1.76/1  &  England to beat Papa New Guinea - £100 at 1.05/1

Jimma: England to beat Papa New Guinea by 1-12 points - £50 at 4/1  &  Australia to beat New Zealand - £60 at 1.76/1

Results:  Tony Clubb's first-half hat-trick spared England's blushes as they laboured to a 36-10 win over Papua New Guinea in their final Four Nations game.

Australia rested several big names but still eased to a 34-20 victory over New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland in a preview of next weekend's Four Nations final.

1st November 2010

Jimma is having a nap on the Melbourne Cup:

£30 on Shocker to win at 8/1

£5 on Manighar to win at 14/1

£20 on Shootout each-way at 25/1

Result: Shocker by name and Shocker by nature. Last year's winner was nowhere to be seen as the French-trained Americain won the 150th running of the Melbourne Cup as favourite So You Think finished third. Gerald Mosse guided the five-year-old, trained by Alain de Royer-Dupre, to France's first victory in the famous Australian race 'which stops a nation'. Maluckyday was second while So You Think ran creditably but failed to justify being the hottest favourite for 39 years in the two-mile contest. A crowd of 100,000 packed into Flemington racecourse for the big race.

29th October 2010

Razor and Jimma are having a flutter on the rugby league Four Nations Down Under:

Razor: Australia to beat England - £100 at 1.13/1  &  New Zealand to beat Papa New Guinea by 1-12 points - £20 at 3.18/1

Jimma: Australia to beat England by 21-25 points - £10 at 7/1  &  New Zealand to beat Papa New Guinea by 56-60 points - £10 at 10/1

Jimma is also having a nip on this footy treble, £10 at 60/1:

manchetser utd v SPURS

Results: England's Four Nations final hopes were ended after a comprehensive 34-14 defeat by Australia in Melbourne, while New Zealand moved to the top of the Four Nations table with an emphatic 76-12 win over an outclassed Papua New Guinea.

So Razor won on the Aussies, while Jimma missed out by one point in Australia's defeat of England, and missed out by 4 points in New Zealand's thrashing of Papa New Guinea.

And in the football, Jimma just got the 2nd City Derby right in his treble.

26th October 2010

Razor is putting a score on this Wednesday night Carling Cup Treble at 7/1:

Jimma is having £15 on this Carling Cup Tuesday night accumulator at 35/1:

BIRMINGHAM CITY v brentford utd

IPSWICH TOWN v northampton town

wigan athletic v SWANSEA CITY

Result: Razor would have won £140 on his treble, but the Carling Cup wins for Villa and West Ham both came after 90 minutes.

Jimma was nowhere near that, with only the Man Utd home win over Wolves coming in correctly.

22nd October 2010

19th October 2010

Jimma is having midweek double on the two Manchester clubs in Europe:

£10 at 38/1 on:

MAN UTD 2-1 bursaspor

MAN CITY 2-0 lech poznan

Razor is having a nap on the midweek Uefa Champions League games: £20 at 10/1

AJAX v auxerre

ARSENAL v shaktar donestk

AS ROMA v basel

INTER MILAN v spurs

MANCHESTER UTD v bursaspor

Results: Man City beat Lech Poznan 3-1 at Eastlands in the Europa League with an Adebayor hat-trick, and Man Utd saw off Bursaspor 1-0 at Old Trafford in the Champions League with a goal from Nani....so nothing for Jimma!

Razor was done over by Basel's shock but deserved win at Roma.

14th October 2010

Razor is once more having a ton on South Africa in the 2nd Twenty20 against their Zimbabwe visitors at 1.14/1.

blackpool v MAN CITY

aston villa v CHELSEA

CARDIFF CITY v bristol city

RANGERS v motherwell

dundee utd v CELTIC

The Duke is also putting a tenner on a White Christmas at 8-1 as the weather boffs reckon it's gonna be the coldest winter in ages (probably the same twats that predicted a bar-b-q summer last year eh!?)

Jimma is putting a hopeful tenner on Pompey finishing in the Top Six in the Championship come the end of the season at 10/1......"Just you wait and see!!??!!"........well let's hope they're still trading by then !!!!????!!!!

Results: Colin Ingram made the second best score in a one-day international debut to lead South Africa to a 64-run win in the first match against Zimbabwe, and winning Razor £114.

Meanwhile The Duke came close but not close enough in his eight-match acumulator, with the draws between Man Utd v West Brom and Villa v Chelsea, shafting him.

8th October 2010

Razor and Jimma are having a bet on the first South Africa v Zimbabwe Twenty20:

Razor: £100 on a South Africa win at 1.14/1

Jimma: £50 on Zimbabwe top scoring after the first over at 3/1

Jimma is also having these naps on the following internationals:

£40 on AUSTRALIA 1-1 PARAGUAY at 6/1

Results: South Africa easily beat Zimbabwe in the first Twenty20. South Africa hit 5 runs in the first over against Zimbabwe's 2 runs.

The Czech Republic beat Scotland's 6-4-0 formation 1-0, as did Australia at home in Sydney against Paraguay.

Overall Profit: Jimma £434

Overall Profit: Razor £249

28th September 2010

Jimma is having a flutter on a Champions League accumulator, with a paltry quid on this one at a whopping 300/1:

CHELSEA v marseille

Result: Just the two right for Jimma with Chelsea's 2-0 home win over Marseille and the 1-1 draw between Rubin Kazan and Barcelona.

17th September 2010

Razor is putting £50 on this boxing treble at 4.5/1:

ENZO MACARRANELLI to beat Alexander Frenkel

LUCAS KONECNY to beat Matt Hall

SHANE MOSELEY to beat sergio mora

and £10 on SHALVA JOMARDASVILLI to beat Matthew Macklin at 11/1

and Jimma is having £20 on the WESTERN BULLDOGS to beat St Kilda in the AFL Grand Semi-Final at 5/1 and £50 on the GEELONG CATS to beat the Collingwood Magpies at 2/1.

Result: Razor had a nightmare, getting all of his boxing bets wrong!

Enzo Maccarinelli lost his European cruiserweight title, knocked out in the seventh round by Alexander Frenkel.

Matthew Hall's fight with Lukas Konecny for the vacant European light-middleweight title was a brutal battle from the first bell.

His Czech Republic opponent shaded the first couple of close rounds, with a fierce right in the second rocking the Mancunian.

Both fighters continued to trade a barrage of clubbing punches to body and head with Konecny's shots causing Hall all sorts of trouble.

But Konecny's defence proved the tighter of the two boxers as he started to show his experience and exert his control on the fight with Hall hurt by a fierce uppercut in the fifth.

Hall was again in trouble in the sixth and was eventually floored with a combination of punches to body and face knocking the will out of the Manchester fighter.

He received a standard eight count but still managed to land a huge left on Konecny, before the Czech fighter finished the job with a two-punch combination.

After losing for the third time in his 26-fight career, Hall announced his retirement.

American Shane Mosley could only manage a draw against a tentative Sergio Mora in their 12-round light-middleweight contest in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old (46-6-1) was hoping to propel himself back into the world title picture after suffering a lopsided defeat to Floyd Mayweather in May.

But he was unable to outpoint compatriot Mora (22-1-2) in a defensive battle that saw both fighters booed by the crowd in the Staples Center.

Mosley did start the fight on the front foot as his opponent - a former WBC world title holder - focused on staying out of trouble and often used clinching tactics.

And then Matthew Macklin started at a fierce pace with his Georgian opponent Shalva Jomardashvili, feeling the full-force of the Birmingham fighter's vast array of punches.

But Jomardashvili showed he was a durable opponent and stood his ground and exchanged punches with Macklin in the third.

Slowly, Macklin started to pick apart his opponent but he himself was caught with a looping right in the fifth and that spurred the home fighter into action, with the Birmingham man hurting Jomardashvili with a barrage of body shots that left him clinging on for the bell.

It looked as if Jomardashvili had survived, but his corner decided enough was enough and they pulled their man out of the fight.

Jimma didn't fare any better in his AFL Grand Semi-Finals bets either, with Collingwood beating Geelong, and St Kilda beating the Bulldogs.

Overall Profit: Jimma £530

Overall Profit: Razor £135

1st September 2010

Razor is putting a tenner on Dennis Wise being installed as the new manager of Southampton FC at 25/1 (he was spotted in Winchester!)

Result: Well Dennis Wise must have been just shopping in Winchester, as they finally gave the job to Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins!

12th July 2010

Well the World Cup is over and by the time the Final had come round Jimma couldn't lose as he has Spain and Holland. So with Spain's win, Jimma trousered a ton.

Overall Profit: Jimma £600

Overall Profit: Razor £205

25th June 2010

Both Razor and Jimma are having some naps on the rugby union international friendlies down in the Southern Hemisphere.

Jimma - £20 on Ireland to win by 1-5 points at 8/1

New Zealand v Wales:

Razor - £20 on New Zealand to win with -25 handicap at 1.91/1

Jimma - £5 on Wales to win at 22/1

Result: Ireland conceded two tries as they lost 22-15 to Australia in the final match of their summer tour in Brisbane, while New Zealand stretched their winning run over Wales to 23 games across 57 years with a hard-fought 29-10 win in the second Test at Waikato Stadium, Hamilton.

23rd June 2010

Jimma is having a little flutter on today's games:

£5 on Jermain Defoe to score in a 1-0 England win at 18/1, and Ladbrokes are offering a special bet on the England game with all the proceeds going to the Bobby Moore Cancer Trust, where you need to pick the correct score, first goalscorer and the time of that first goal, which is Jimma is copying with his above bet with the winner coming in the 89th minute and sticking a fiver on that too.

He's also having another £5 on Australia to beat Serbia 3-2 at 40/1.

Result: Jermain Defoe did score the only goal of the game in the 22nd minute in a 1-0 win for England over Slovenia, winning Jimma £90 on his original bet.

Australia beat Serbia 2-1, which wasn't enough for them to progress into the last 16 or win Jimma any money.

20th June 2010

Jimma is having a fiver on the Italy v New Zealand game ending in a 1-1 draw at 10/1 - a fiver on Chile beating Switzerland 2-1 at 8/1, and lastly another fiver on Honduras pulling off a shock and beating Spain 1-0 at 22/1.

Result: Oh yes! The All Whites did pull off a shock and hold the reigning World Champions to a 1-1 draw and win Jimma fifty quid. Though the other two results didn't go his way, with Chile beating Switzerland 1-0 and Spain beating Honduras 2-0.

18th June 2010

Jimma is having a fiver on Nadir Belhadj to score first for Algeria, but England win 3-1 at 300/1

Result: No one looked like scoring in a goalless draw!

12th June 2010

Jimma is having a fiver on this England v USA double: Clint Dempsey to score first in a 1-1 draw at 60/1.

He's also having a little punt on Tuesday's 2.30pm Queen Anne Stake at Royal Ascot, with a tenner on Rip Van Winkle to win at 5/1.

Results: Well Jimma was kinda close with the footy bet, but Stevie Gerrard scored first, and in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot, Goldikova got the meeting off to an explosive start as the dual Breeders' Cup Mile winner showed her class. Paco Boy put in a stirring late run to challenge the Freddie Head-trained winner, but lost out by a neck with 50-1 shot Dream Eater in third.

11th June 2010

Our Tipsters are having some of the World Cup:
